Sarku Japan/Sakkio Japan

Sarku Japan is our primary brand concept featuring Teppanyaki cooking with prepared to order meals. (Some older stores bear the Sakkio Japan trade name but are converted on lease renewal to the main Sarku Japan brand).

Our stores are located in major regional and super-regional shopping centers as well as other retail venues and high traffic locations. Sarku Japan is the choice of the American Consumer and Landlord for Japanese style quick service food.

Sarku Japan Sushi Bar

Launched in 2003, we introduced Sushi Bar ~ by Sarku Japan, a traditional Japanese-style sushi bar presented primarily in a kiosk format but adaptable to all high traffic locations where customers seek a sophisticated quick service dining experience.

Ming Tree

Ming Tree is our ancillary Chinese concept and features popular Chinese dishes, such as beef & broccoli, orange chicken and many other Chinese favorites. We utilize the familiar steam-table format.

Kato’s Cajun

Kato's Cajun is a Cajun-Asian concept featuring specialty menu items derived from Asian and Cajun origins, such as our signature "Bourbon Chicken".
