- Towne Centre at Laurel (Laurel, MD)
- Dulles Landing Shopping Center (Arcola, VA)
- King’s Crossing Shopping Center (Alexandria, VA)
- Stafford Marketplace (Stafford, VA)
- Turnpike Shopping Center (Fairfax, VA)
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Assist the Store Manager in executing a successful service during schedule shift, and with the human resources and administrative duties at the store level
- Lead team members to deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer comes first approach
- Maintain a calm demeanor with a sense of urgency during peak service hours to keep store operating to standard
- Coach team members by providing clear, specific instructions and positive feedback. Lead by example throughout the shift
- Organize opening and closing duties as assigned
- Assist with hiring and training and provide feedback to store manager on team performance during shift
- Adhere to and ensure team members follow company’s operational policies and procedures, including food handling and preparation, accuracy of orders and portions, cash handling, cleaning, store safety and security

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details
- A team player, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum 1-year restaurant experience, back of house experience an asset
- Experience with supervising a team an asset
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, on weekends and holidays
