As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead team members to deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer comes first approach
- Deliver high food quality by ensuring food preparation/handling procedures are followed
- Lead and develop an efficient, goal-oriented team, including hiring and training new team members
- Drive traffic and sales increase
- Maintain food and labor costs
- Adhere to and ensure team members follow company’s operational policies and procedures, including food handling and preparation, accuracy of orders and portions, cash handling, cleaning, store safety and security
Ideal Candidate:
- Put customers first and take absolute pride in everything you do
- Outgoing personality and positive can-do attitude
- Strong leadership skills, experience with building and coaching a team
- A team player, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum 2-year restaurant experience, back of house experience an asset
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, on weekends and holidays
